Understanding Projects
This workshop is suited for participants that are absolutely new to the concepts of project management. It is not intended to take participants from a supervisory or administrative position to that of a project manager.

However, these three days will familiarise participants with the most common terms and the most current thinking about projects.

Project Management Level One
This one day workshop is a condensed version of the "Understanding Projects 3-day workshop" above.

It is suited for those who have worked in project teams of a familiar with the content of our first Project course.

Project Management Level Two
This two day workshop is intended for participants who understand the conceptual phase of a project’s life cycle, including setting goals, creating a vision statement, and creating the Statement of Work.

On day 2 participants will cover skill sets such as scheduling, budgeting, managing project risks, communication plans and stakeholder management.
